As an actor, Don Diamont has had a long and illustrious career in the soap industry and has previously weighed in on some of his most iconic roles. As reported by Soaps in Depth, he was scooped up by "B&B" in 2009 after Brad Carlton was killed off by "The Young and the Restless." He also played Carlo Forenza on "Days of Our Lives," Brad Carlton on "The Young and the Restless," and Bill Spencer Jr. on "The Bold and the Beautiful."
In and around all the usual soap character drama, including blackmailing, infidelity, and backstabbing, Bill married Katie Logan twice, and he also married Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) for a short time, but they did not live together very long. Brooke Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) have always competed for Brooke's affections over the years, and he has also had a few flings with ladies like Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), and Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), among others.
While Diamond is on his second marriage in real life, he was engaged to Cindy Ambuehl for nine years before they got married in 2012, even though Diamont is on his second marriage. They continue to enjoy each other's company, as well as their ever-expanding family (via Soaps She Knows). He is the father of nine boys in all, due to the children from his previous marriage, the son of his late sister, and the twins he has with Ambuehl, in addition to the children he has with his previous marriage.
He has attributed his success to the fact that he would not have been able to achieve it without the support and love of his family. There was a recent incident in which the actor shared an amazing family event on social media which further proves that he is a true family man. In a recent Instagram post, Don Diamont shared stills and video clips from the wedding of his son, Alexander, to his fiancée Audrey, who is the mother of his five children.
Diamont was filled with pride when he captioned the touching post in which he spoke about his son and new daughter-in-law. Their engagement was announced in September 2021, according to Soaps She Knows. At the time of the wedding, Diamond's wife, Cindy Ambuehl, said that Diamond and his wife were grateful to have gained such a wonderful daughter-in-law in his life.
There is a link to Natalie Cole's song "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)" at the beginning of the post, setting the tone for a bright future for the couple. A perfect representation of the elegant outdoor wedding could be seen in the Instagram post's visuals. As Diamond wrote, "What a beautiful wedding weekend for our families filled with love, laughter, and tears of joy!" Some of the photos include Diamont giving his speech, Audrey being walked down the aisle, and the gorgeous couple being cheered on after the ceremony.
The video clips include clips of the bride just before she enters the ceremony area, the bride and groom having their first dance and Alexander dancing with his mother during the ceremony. On the post, there were a large number of congratulatory comments from fans. The first person to comment on the photo stated, "Mazel Tov your beautiful Simcha." And the second, dizifan2022, summed it up perfectly by saying, "Congratulations to your son and his beautiful wife ... and congratulations to the proud parents."
