Alexander in 'Days of Our Lives' is adored by fans

Robert Scott Wilson is back as a new character on Days of Our Lives. From 2014 to 2022, the actor played reformed serial killer Ben Weston on the TV series Homeland. Following Ben's departure, the writers decided to bring Wilson back as Alexander Kiriakis.

Fans of Days of Our Lives will agree that Wilson's most memorable role will always be that of Ben. It was Ciara Brady's relationship with Ben that made them a super couple. On July 8, the couple left on a new journey after the birth of their son Bo.

A recurring role on the show and Konefal's desire to leave the series are the reasons for the couple's departure. The producers, however, had to figure out a way to keep Wilson on the show since he was still under contract. They gave Ben and Ciara their happy ending by having them sail off into the sunset since Ben couldn't live without Ciara.

Alexander became Wilson's new character when the writers came up with it. His father, Justin Kiriakis, is the father of the businessman, and his uncle, Victor Kiriakis, is the uncle. Salem has stirred up again after a three-decade absence.

The actor made his Days of Our Lives debut on Tuesday, July 26 as Alexander. The sight of him walking around shirtless in swim trunks immediately caught the attention of female viewers. It is Alexander's father and brother Sonny Kiriakis who reconnect with him. As well as his new stepmother Bonnie Lockhart, who is already enamored with him, he is introduced to his new stepfather David Cooper.

Others are captivated by Alexander as well. Although Wilson was concerned that he would be playing another character besides Ben, fans adore Alexander. They agreed with the new role on a Reddit thread. It's great to see Alex Kiriakis in the new role at RSW. Compared to Ben, I appreciate his willingness to embrace the dude-bro thing.

His ruthless business acumen has already attracted his brother Sonny to his company. Alexander's offer is accepted even though Sonny has his doubts.

Although Alexander claims it'll be great to work with family, there's a good chance he's planning a move that won't sit well with the Kiriakis family. The personal life of Alexander will surely attract the attention of a lot of Salem ladies. Alexander's heart will be stolen by which woman, speculation is already rampant. Among the new Salem heartthrob's potential love interests are Allie Horton, Stephanie Johnson, and Gabi Hernandez.
