As a result of an arrest last year, Randall Emmett may be facing jail time for allegedly failing to pay a fine and missing a court appearance. It has been almost two months since he was reported in the Los Angeles Times for his "disturbing" behavior toward women and former business colleagues. According to a recent report, the director and producer, who was previously engaged to Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent, was arrested for allegedly endangering a manatee.

Randall was arrested on January 2, 2021, for a "manatee/violation speed zone" in Florida after driving too fast in a boat, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail on August 17. Randall now faces jail time for allegedly failing to pay the $140 fine he was issued nearly two years ago. According to a Dade County judicial clerk who spoke to the outlet, Randall failed to pay the fine and declined to appear in court, which led to him being deemed as being "non-compliant" - a second-degree misdemeanor that could lead to Randall being imprisoned for up to 60 days.

It appears, however, that Randall did pay the fine, according to his spokesperson. Currently, Randall and Lala are fighting over custody of Ocean, their 15-month-old daughter, who they welcomed in March 2021. The couple has been estranged since their October 2021 split, prompted by Lala's accusations of infidelity against Randall. However, the Los Angeles Times exposé on Randall made headlines recently.

Pump Rules fans may have seen that Lala claimed Randall tackled her after she took his phone during an argument over his alleged cheating, pushing her to the ground after she discovered photos showing him with other women." He chased me, tackled me, and knocked me to the ground. The moment I saw him try to pry it from my hands, I knew he was hiding a lot," she recalled. Randall's team denied the physical altercation, however, in response to the allegations.
