As news of Mohamed Abdelhamed's infidelity was revealed on season 9 of Tell All, Yve Arellano was arrested for assault and battery. When she separated from her ex, 48-year-old Yve remained single for eight more years after her eight-year relationship with her son's dad ended.
I caught the attention of 25-year-old Mohamed from Egypt when he browsed Instagram using the hashtag fit body. When I replied to Mohamed's DM, things quickly spiraled out of control, and soon she found herself engaged to him in Alexandria, and they both appeared on TLC.
A threat was made to Yve by Mohamed
Besides their age gap, fans noticed several red flags in Mohamed and Yve's relationship. I've wanted to adhere to her beliefs instead of converting to Mohamed's faith, while Mohamed was immature, conservative, and eager for a Green Card. It reached a point where Mohamed threatened Yve that he would find a new sponsor to help him get a job, and when his mom stopped him in his tracks, he decided not to return to Egypt.
Despite Mohamed's apology and marriage to Yve on 90 Day Fiancé, their lack of happily ever after was not surprising to fans. Several screenshots of the texts Mohamed exchanged with a mystery woman after he divorced Yve were shared by an Instagram blogger called Merry pants before their wedding appeared on the show.
An attack on a member of the household
Following the Tell-All Part 2-episode, TLC exposed Mohamed's cheating scandal, which I've confirmed on her own Instagram stories. The 90-Day Fiancé star said she blamed him and talked about "homewreckers" in a vague statement. However, court records obtained by InTouch reveal that she was arrested on August 15 for cheating.
Assault against a household member and battery against Yve was charged in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After being released on bond, Yve will appear at her next hearing on Tuesday, September 6. According to 90 Day Fiancé season 9, I stayed at home with her son Tharan and Mohamed joined her after receiving his K-1 visa.
Yve has confirmed a breakup
Fans who found out about Yve's husband's affair from the show immediately gave her tremendous support after she shared her Instagram updates. While she had shared several romantic photos from their trip to New York for the Tell-All taping last week, Yve appears to have confirmed her breakup with Mohamed by removing all of his photos from her Instagram feed.
The interesting thing about Mohamed's silence despite everything that's happened on Instagram over the past three weeks was that he had something to say in response to Yve's cryptic messages. In his latest update, Mohamed stated that he would stay silent because he was trying to end his relationship respectfully.
Mohamed expressed a desire to repair
Mohamed shared a quote about what a narcissist is and reminded fans that there are always two sides to a story. Oddly enough, Mohamed had expressed interest in mending his relationship with Yve during the 90 Day Fiancé Tell-All, and she had also hinted at forgiveness.
