On Tuesday's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kathy and the cast met up at Lisa Rinna's house to promote Rinna's latest business venture. In celebration of her new beauty line, Rinna Beauty, Lisa was celebrating. During the party, the women talked about old drama, including what happened during Dorit's charity fundraiser for Homeless Not Toothless.

They kept referring to the charity as "Toothless, Not Homeless" throughout their conversation. While Dorit corrected them several times about the name, they continued to chant “Toothless, Not Homeless.” Kathy stood her ground and insisted, “I’ve worked with the homeless, I’ve worked with the toothless.”

Everyone laughed, except Dorit and some Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers. In response to the "homeless not toothless" comments, one viewer said, “Kathy reveals exactly who she is. Did she work with the homeless?” Well, you have a maid in 2022, but I'm sure you worked with the homeless.” Another fan tweeted, “not Kathy saying homeless and toothless are the same thing? lol, wtf is wrong with her?”.”

There were some viewers grateful to Kathy for the laugh saying, "I'm sorry, but Kathy makes this show so much better and that charity name is hilarious."I agree with Kathy. As a society, we cannot sit back and pretend that Homeless Not Toothless is a normal or acceptable name for a serious charitable organization."

When Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne met up to go to Dorit's party earlier in the episode, they also laughed at the charity name. After Kyle brought up the name's party, Erika said, "The name is wrong. I'm not going to forget it. I don't know if we're going to do it with the dentist or what."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans on Twitter dragged Erika and Kyle after the scene aired for saying, "I can't do this. Bring your spare teeth to the party... I may just have to send a check." According to one comment, “Erika and Kyle laughing about the homeless being toothless are so sick and disgusting. It is like wow, you guys are just naturally horrible people.”
