The battle between Blac Chyna and ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian appears to be close to an end.PEOPLE obtained court documents that show the Real Blac Chyna star, 34, asked to dismiss with prejudice her revenge porn claim against Kardashian, 35, following their June court date settlement.

According to the motion filed Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, this claim would be ended and she would be prohibited from filing any further claims in connection with this matter - effectively ending this long-running legal battle.

In response to PEOPLE's request for comment, Chyna and Kardashian's legal representatives did not immediately respond.  People previously reported in June that the ex-couples and co-parents resolved their dispute outside of court after a judge denied Kardashian's motion to enforce a settlement, citing "Chyna's counsel's bad faith."

She allegedly told him she was willing to drop her lawsuit if he helped her get out of the case filed against her by "former friend" Justin C. Jones, according to the motion. Jones, Chyna's ex-boyfriend, accused them of "public disclosure of private facts" and "intentional infliction of emotional distress" after they allegedly exposed him as gay and caused him cyberbullying.

Chyna threatened to take their revenge porn case to trial after Kardashian agreed to the deal in May. She has been battling Kardashian-Jenner since 2017. Her lawsuit accused Rob and his family of damaging her brand and abusing her verbally and physically that October. 

An Instagram leak of nude photos of Chyna led to the lawsuit. Meanwhile, Rob accused Chyna of drug and alcohol abuse and infidelity along with his social media rampage. Chyna claimed this incident and her family's influence over E caused Rob & Chyna to be canceled, despite reports that season two had been renewed.

As a result, Chyna's legal team has since argued that she has missed out on millions of dollars earned through social media posts and related appearances.

Chyna's attorney has since announced her intention to appeal the defamation verdict, despite the Kardashian-Jenners' victory in May. Almost $400,000 was requested for Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner's legal team in mid-June.
