Tatiana Maslany looks forward to bringing superheroes into the courtroom with her new series, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, on Disney+. In an interview with Matt Cohen. held at San Diego Comic-Con 2022, Tatiana Maslany opened up about her upcoming series, upcoming series, in which she plays Jennifer Walters, a lawyer specializing in superhuman cases and who stars as She-Hulk.
As she shared with a smile, she remarked, "It's a real goof.". As she went on to explain, "One thing that's really cool is to see superhumans in the courtroom." Disney and Marvel described the series back in May as following Maslany's character as she navigates "the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who is also a 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk." One of the highlights of the show, in the opinion of Maslany, is the appearance of Mark Ruffin, Benedict Wong, and Tim Roth in cameo appearances, in this completely different tone."
"They bring in characters that have this legacy from all the movies they have appeared in and all the stories they have told, but this one is in a completely different country," she explained. Furthermore, Maslany emphasizes how much Ruffalo's representation of The Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe inspired her own performance as She-Hulk.
Seeing Mark tackle the role, watching him transform with the voice and all of that was so exciting for me. Not that he was instructing me. But just watching him play the character and see him transform was so exciting," she shared."My character has no issue changing into She-Hulk, she does it seamlessly, and it doesn't cause her any angst, except that she doesn't want to be a superhero."
