There is a new season of Sister Wives available with an explosive look into Christine Brown's decision to leave Kody Brown and their plural marriage. The trailer released on Monday shows Christine discussing her reasons for leaving, Kody losing his temper, and the remaining sister wives in tears as they discuss the consequences.

"For Kody, Robyn is more important," Christine says in a new clip, calling it "heartbreaking" to be his wife for so long. The two ended their 25-year spiritual marriage in November, as fans witnessed their relationship crumbling. A new season of Sister Wives will premiere on TLC on Sunday, Sept. 11 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. 

Kody screams at one point, "You have never attempted to maintain a good relationship with these other people.". "That's why I'm pissed off! After all these years, I've sacrificed so much to love you.".  Kody's third wife Christine became his third wife in 1994, and they share six children. After a difficult few years, Christine decided to divorce her ex in November 2021. 

As Christine stated at the time, "Kody and I have grown apart and I have decided to leave," noting that they would remain "strong influences in each other's lives as we parent our children and support our wonderful family." Additionally, Kody released a statement in which he expressed sadness over Christine's decision to leave.

Our friendship has lasted many years and I am indebted to her for her dedication and hard work. Despite the fact that we are pursuing different paths, we will always remain committed parents." Recently, Christine has shown signs of becoming increasingly independent, separating herself from Kody and his other wives, Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, and Robyn Brown.

I enjoy living separately. I like my own space," Christine stated in February 2021, prior to the news of the divorce. I believe that being independent has given me a better sense of self. I also think that being independent has been beneficial to my children... I'm able to raise them in a way that I'm proud of.
