Nikolas was desperate to reach Ava before Esme did to stop her from revealing that they had slept together. How does he know which woman he is talking to when he emotionally declares, "You're making a huge mistake"?
There are plans for Sam that Dante has, and she is curious to know what they might be. When you said that you had in mind, what did you mean?” she inquires. What, exactly, might that entail, and is their relationship ready for it? He replies, "Taking the next step."
After being caught roughing up Felty with Sonny, Dex decides to tell his boss that he will be willing to take on more responsibility in the future after being caught roughing up Felty with Sonny. “You can count on me for anything like that,” Dex declares, “I'm your guy.” Is Sonny going to use Dex to keep his own hands clean?
Trina decides what she will do in the future at the courthouse. She declares, "I want to do it," as she announces her decision. What is the effect of this decision on her case and will it help or hurt it? Meanwhile, Esme is arriving a little late, but she is ready to take the stand and testify against Trina even though she is a little late. She grinned as she said, "I am so looking forward to this.". It is hard to tell if Ava is trying to put the schemer in her place when she says: "Try it, I dare you."
