Return of a surprise
Has anyone else been surprised to see soaps veteran Vincent Irizarry on B&B this week? This was the actor's return to Dr. Jordan Armstrong, the role he portrayed in 2019. Irizarry is returning to daytime television for the first time since undergoing emergency surgery in December 2021 following an assault.
Is there any chance that the good doctor will remain in Los Angeles for a while? Finn, Li, and Bridget are indeed all very capable doctors, but let's face it: they have too much on their plate as it is!
Spencers should be brought back
Those who watched last week's episode of B&B were treated to a rare phenomenon: scenes featuring Liam, Wyatt, and Bill! Although viewers enjoyed seeing the Spencer men eat at Il Giardino, they highlighted the fact that these characters haven't had a good story in a while. Social media users demanded new storylines for the Spencers in droves, Soaps.com reports. I hope we'll see more of Bill in the months to come!
The red carpet slip of Naomi Matsuda
The news that Li is still alive was shared with B&B fans last week. Despite the popular belief that she would survive, Soaps.com had real evidence to support their speculation.

It appears in the video that she is "grateful for the time that I have with [B&B]" before swiftly correcting himself, "the time that I had". The following moment, she called her husband "played" instead of "played" Ted King, referring to him as her co-star. When do soap actors deal with storylines like this, who can blame them for losing track of time?

Matsuda's character returns on B&B, and B&B's Li appreciation post got a little feisty! In a comment on the post, Tanner Novlan wrote "My REAL mother," which may have irked the actress who portrays his birth mother. What do I do now? Do I have to keep watching the show to see what happens? Kimberlin Brown chuckled. The reason I didn't know I was alive is that no one told me! Self-preservation, Sheila!
A Statement from Jack Wagner
The B&B alum has thanked his fans for their well-wishes in the wake of the passing of his son, Harrison. It is such a pleasure to receive your love and kindness," he said. Wagner's brief video represents the first time he has spoken out since he and his ex-wife, Kristina Wagner, issued a joint statement following Harrison's death.
This is Taylor's Glamor Shot
In a way, Krista Allen will be certified to the B&B cast when her glamor shot appears on the CBS soap's opening credits. Producer Casey Kasprzyk released the photo on Twitter early, leading Allen to reply, "Casey!" It couldn't have been a better day! Wow! In an interview with Soaps.com, Kasprzyk said Allen's face will be seen in the credits starting August 4th, 2022.
Homecoming for Tanner Novlan's son
It was a shock when Tanner Novlan and their wife Kayla Ewell welcomed their son, Jones Douglas, seven weeks early. Almost a month after the incident, Novlan is announcing that Jones has arrived at home. In his Instagram caption, he wrote, "Long night but great morning.". He added that he was "so happy to have our little man home.". That was well worth the wait!
Steffy and Finn Spoiler
During the 61st annual Festival de Television de Monte Carlo in Monaco, Novlan was joined by Jacqueline MacInnes Wood and Thorsten Kaye. In between red carpet appearances, the actors were reported to have shot some scenes. Kaye explained in a recent interview, "There'll be explosions and helicopters". Finn is also expected to join his grieving wife in Monaco, so will he also be able to join her? According to the photos, this is the case!
An update on Adrienne Frantz's baby
Adrienne Frantz, who played Amber on B&B as well as The Young and the Restless, shared an update on her third child's health. A persistent fever has kept the baby in and out of the hospital, and the doctors have been unable to figure out why his white blood cell count was so high.
The family has been going through a challenging time, but Frantz shared the latest update, thankfully it's good news. Today is Killian's 20th week! According to Frantz's Instagram post. It has been a long time since he was sick, but he is doing much better now! Thank you so much for all of your prayers! That was scary! You can tell that smile is genuine just by looking at it! He's so wonderful!”
