According to TVLine, Netflix is losing a valuable member of its cast with Christine Quinn leaving the show at the end of Seasons 6 or 7.In an interview with, sources tell the site that Quinn, Netflix, and the show's production company were all on board with the exit decision. A new season of the show is in the works - but without Quinn.
The cast of Selling Sunset has been controversial and provocative ever since it was released on Netflix in 2019, with Quinn always at the center of the show's drama as well as getting involved in feuds with fellow real estate agents Chrishell Stause, Heather Young and Emma Hernan, among others.
It has been reported that Quinn skipped the Season 5 reunion after Hernan suspected that she had bribed a client not to work with her and that she had tested positive for COVID. However, just days later, she was photographed filming a commercial.
In spite of her departure, Selling Sunset will carry on without her: The reality show, which follows the realtors at high-end Los Angeles It was announced back in June that the Oppenheim Group, a real estate brokerage, had been renewed for two more seasons. In addition, a spinoff of the show, Selling the OC, will debut on Wednesday, August 24th, which will follow a new set of realtors at the newly opened Orange County office of the Oppenheim Group.
