A report alleging that Yve Arellano was abusive towards her husband, Mohamed Abdelhamid, caused her to claim that she was never arrested for domestic violence. Yves, short for Yvette, was one of the most controversial couples on 90 Day Fiancé season 9 in 2022.
With her 12-year-old son Tharan, who has special needs, Yve welcomed her 25-year-old fiancé Mohamed into her Albuquerque home. I asked Mohamed to break up with her, but Mohamed was already married. It appeared as though Mohamed was going to get the Green Card, so no signs of love were evident between them.
The fans were right about Mohamed
After unearthed WhatsApp messages were posted online, some fans realized their intuition about Mohamed was accurate. The messages were between Mohamed and a mystery woman he met online and clicked with straight away. In the weeks since around May, Mohamed has been having warm, friendly conversations with his new girlfriend, albeit behind Yve's back.
In one conversation, Mohamed and the mystery woman discussed the possibility of meeting and marrying her but then kicking Yve out. Mohamed was shown in menacing screenshots talking about divorce and planning his escape from the marriage. He said he would not be able to "live" with Yve forever.
Assault charges were filed against Yve
On August 15, news broke that Yve was charged with assault and battery against a household member in New Mexico after the texts were confirmed to be true in 90 Day Fiancé season 9 Tell-All. An arraignment hearing for the TLC reality star is scheduled for September 6.
According to Yve on 90 Day Fiancé, Dominique Enchinton of Dominion Talent House falsified allegations of domestic abuse against Mohamed. Live and Mohamed have discussed Mohamed's options from the start, according to the rep.
The rep said the domestic abuse allegations are "completely false" and were just a ploy by Mohamed to stay in the U.S. If Yve were to find out about Mohammed's indiscretions, he would qualify for a U-Visa.
Yve ignores Mohamed's red flags, fans claim
They said Yve was never arrested on 8/15 or any other day. In the eyes of Yve, she has never been abusive toward her 90 Day Fiancé star Mohamed. She wishes to move forward once this "chapter" is over. Designed specifically for victims of mental and physical abuse, the U-Visa allows them to enter or remain in the United States when they would not otherwise be able to do so.
The homewreckers who have teamed up with Mohamed to ruin Yve's life have teamed up with the "homewreckers" to keep her quiet. Mohamed might be able to get his Green Card soon if things go his way, as he's always been eyeing 90 Day Fiancé.
In the Tell-All, Mohamed alluded to possible abuse by Yve, even when everything seemed fine between them. He said that she "reacted a lot" to arguments. Yve's 90 Day Fiancé storyline twists, with fans agreeing Mohamed is untrustworthy. However, fans blame Yve for ignoring Mohamed's red flags.
